Healthy Spinach Recipe – Whole Boss

Asian Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 spinach about 8oz. bag triple washed organic
  • 1 cup apples organic sliced
  • ½ cup cashews raw
  • ½ cup Asian Dipping Sauce and marinade

Asian Dipping Sauce and Marinade

  • ½ cup tamari wheat free
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons agave nectar or date syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

Asian Dipping Sauce and Marinade

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and hand toss and let sit for a few minutes to allow the spinach wilt.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
